Bharath witnessed her Golden Era during the reign of King Vikramaditya with Ujjain as capital and saw the revival of Hindu Sanathana Dharma by Jagathguru Sri Adi Shankaracharya. Lion Mayura Royal Kingdom (LMRK), with the blessing of Lord Muruga, ancestors of Kumari Kandam, Sri Adi Shankaracharya and King Vikramaditya will perform "Sri Skandha Bharatha Maha Yagam" on 15th August 2021 at Pazhani, Tamil Nadu. The auspicious day falls on the most important day - 15th August 2021, our Country’s Independence Day.  Selected members of the LMRK are to travel to five sacred places related to Adi Shankaracharya - Kalady (the birthplace of Adhi Sankaracharya) and the Sankara Mutts in the four corners of our country established by him at Puri, Badrinath, Dwaraka, and Kanchi. They would be doing special prayers by reading the sacred text of Sri Kandha Puranam.
